MENTORING

Part of the mandate of Pastor Brad and BSM is to raise up workers for the harvest. Whether those laborers are five-fold ministers, entrepreneurs,  or cross-cultural missionaries,  the approach is simple: Impartation by proximity. Simply put, relationships are important.

Through personal relationships, weekly communication, accountability, and access to personal teaching materials, BSM is raising up spiritual sons and daughters.
