MENTORING

Part of the mandate of Pastor Brad and BSM is to raise up leaders. Whether those laborers are five-fold ministers, entrepreneurs,  or cross-cultural missionaries,  the approach is simple: Impartation by proximity. Simply put, we value relationships.

Through personal relationships, weekly communication, accountability, and access to personal teaching materials, BSM is raising up spiritual sons and daughters. Each month, Pastor Brad hosts the Young Lions Leadership Zoom, an invite online think-tank session for young men.
